Mark Gaeto, Managing Director of Falcon, was a featured speaker in Philadelphia earlier this month at the ETMA (Enterprise Technology Management Association) “Revolution of Connected Technologies” Conference. Presenting from the investment banker perspective, he spoke on the subject of preparing to sell your business, supplemented with recent trends in the Telecom Expense Management (TEM) sector, trends in valuation, and commentary on how buyers evaluate M&A opportunities.
Mark was joined by the former Founder and CEO of Comview, John Perri, who recently sold his business. Falcon served as sell-side advisor to Comview in its December 2017 sale to Calero, a portfolio company of Riverside Partners.
