Falcon Capital Partners is pleased to announce that Ryan Hummel has joined the firm as an Operating Partner.
Ryan brings over 25 years of experience as a Technology and M&A executive, with deep expertise in digital transformation, IT strategy, and business integration. He has advised companies on both the buy-side and sell-side of M&A transactions, helping drive growth and unlock long-term value through technology.
Most recently, Ryan served as CIO at Planet Payment (NYSE: PLPM, now privately held), where he led global technology and cybersecurity initiatives supporting digital payments, foreign exchange, and compliance.

Ryan holds both a B.S. in Business Administration & IT and an Executive MBA from Drexel University, where he also teaches Organizational Behavior and Leadership. He serves on several boards and advisory groups and brings a strong commitment to innovation and growth.
