Don joined Falcon in 2015.Don has advised on M&A transactions and strategic advisory engagements across the firms Healthcare, Technology, and Commercial & Industrials practices. Prior to joining Falcon, he spent time with both Cabrillo Advisors and RA Capital, two middle-market M&A Advisory firms on the West Coast, where he was involved on sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising engagements for companies in a broad range of industries including Aerospace & Defense, Life Sciences, and Technology.  He also assisted Cabrillo in building a valuation practice, which is now national operating out of 6 offices.  Don began his career as a business valuation analyst, performing valuations of public and private companies for various purposes including purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment testing, tax restructuring, and business planning.

Don holds a BBA, magna cum laude, and an MBA, with distinction, from LaSalle University’s School of Business, as well as FINRA Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses.

Don enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his boys’ baseball teams.
