Mark is a seasoned banking and IT industry expert with 31+ years of experience, leading Falcon’s Enterprise Technology practice. As a staunch advocate for private lower-middle-market business owners, he works closely with CEOs on establishing exit plans, facilitating mergers and acquisitions, arranging capital financing, and achieving optimal outcomes. Mark has excelled as a business owner, senior executive, sales leader, investor, and advisor to top software and IT service companies. His strategic insights have helped CEOs with exit planning, core strategic visioning, go-to-market and sales effectiveness strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and tech transfer. He has been a key consultant and principal at PRTM, collaborating with Fortune 1000 companies to enhance customer operations and launch their successful Private Equity practice. As an investor and operator of ISC, he doubled the business in 18 months and achieved a superior valuation upon selling to a NYSE IT services firm. Mark’s achievements extend to consistent top-performing sales executive roles at SAP America Inc and other leading software companies, as well as being the founder of The Alesco Group, a respected growth advisor for tech firms, where he served as a consultant, CEO advisor, and interim Vice President of sales.
